TERMS OF USE FOR SMS DONATION SERVICE

Golden Eye Institute (Zavod Zlato Oko), Sv. Primož nad Muto

1. Purpose of the Service

The SMS Donation service enables users of A1, Telemach, Telekom Slovenije, and T-2 mobile networks to financially support the mission of the Golden Eye Wildlife Institute by sending an SMS message.

Your donations will be used for:

  • veterinary treatment of protected wild animals,

  • rehabilitation and rewilding efforts,

  • emergency rescue and temporary accommodation of injured animals,

  • public education about wildlife and biodiversity conservation.

2. How to Donate

To donate, send the keyword to the number 1919:

  • Send DIVJINA5 → donation of 5 EUR

  • Send DIVJINA10 → donation of 10 EUR

The service is available to both prepaid and postpaid users of A1, Telemach, Telekom Slovenije, and T-2.
Donations are VAT-exempt (0% VAT), as they are not payments for goods or services.

3. Confirmation Message

Once the donation is successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation SMS with a thank-you message:

4. Technical Disclaimer

  • The SMS system is not 100% reliable. Delivery may be delayed or fail.

  • Donations are only possible if your mobile service is active and your account has sufficient credit.

  • Donations are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error on the operator’s side.

5. Terms of Participation

By using the SMS Donation service, the user:

  • acknowledges that each SMS represents a one-time donation for the specified amount,

  • accepts that the funds are non-refundable and will be used solely for the stated charitable purpose,

  • agrees to these Terms of Use by sending the donation message.

6. Data Protection

Golden Eye Wildlife Institute does not collect any personal data from donors. The operators handle all billing independently. Reports on donated amounts are aggregated and do not contain personal identifiers.
